Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Hireanex account or accessing the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

Hireanex, operated by Covitit Inc, provides interview management tooling including scheduling, live video interviews, recording, transcript generation, recruiter assistance, reports, and related hiring workflow features.

3. Beta status

Hireanex is in private beta. The platform may have bugs, limitations, or unscheduled downtime. We work to keep things running but we do not guarantee uptime or specific service levels during the beta period. Beta access is provided as-is.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must have authority to invite each candidate you add to the platform, and you must obtain consent from candidates to record and process their interview.
• You agree not to use Hireanex to discriminate against candidates on the basis of protected characteristics, and you remain solely responsible for hiring decisions you make.
• You agree not to misuse the service — no scraping, no reverse engineering, no using the platform to attack third parties.

5. Account security

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us at admin@hireanex.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Security & breach notification

We maintain the technical and organizational safeguards described on our security page. If we become aware of a breach of security leading to unauthorized access to your organization's data, we will notify affected account holders by email without undue delay — and in any event within 72 hours of becoming aware — including what happened, what data was affected, and what we are doing about it, updated as the investigation progresses.

7. Fees

Beta pricing is agreed in writing per design partner. Fees are invoiced monthly in arrears unless otherwise specified.

8. Cancellation and deletion

To close your account, email admin@hireanex.com — there is no in-product cancellation. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice. Admins can export the organization's data at any time while the account is active, and on request for 30 days after termination. On written instruction we erase your organization's data from the live platform and confirm what was erased. Backup copies and audit records are retained.

9. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you upload (job descriptions, candidate notes, etc.) and the transcripts and reports generated for your organization. We retain ownership of the Hireanex platform, brand, and underlying technology.

10. AI output

Some evaluations, report content, and follow-up suggestions may be produced by AI models and should be treated as decision support, not as hiring decisions. You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before acting on it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in California.

13. Changes

We may update these terms during beta. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
