Signals support your review. They don’t decide the outcome. And you choose which checks run — every signal can be turned off in Settings.
FAQ · Before you ask
No. Every interview is led by a real person on your team. The AI stays on the recruiter’s side of the glass — it suggests follow-up questions and keeps notes, but it never speaks to the candidate and never makes the hiring decision.
A normal video call with their interviewer. They’re told the session is recorded and consent before it starts. They never see Interview Assist, the recruiter’s notes, or any score — all of that stays private to your team.
No lockdowns, no alarms. Secure Check quietly notes things like a candidate switching browser tabs and summarizes them for the recruiter after the call. Nothing interrupts the conversation, and the recruiter always decides what any signal means.
Never. It can suggest an assisted score and pull supporting quotes from the transcript, but the decision — Proceed, Consider, or Decline — is always the recruiter’s. No candidate is rejected by the system.
Recordings and transcripts stay private — access is signed and time-limited, never public. Each company’s data is fully isolated from every other company’s, sign-in supports multi-factor authentication, and account activity is kept in a tamper-evident audit log. A DPA is available on request.
